Send payment requests directly from the app!
We’ve added a new feature to Get paid: payment requests – just like you may know from our business portal or from MobilePay/Vipps for private users.
Now your business can easily request payments from customers – directly in the app.
Go to the Sales tab, tap Request, and then choose Send request.
Simply type in the customer’s full phone number and send the request straight to their app. They’ll get a push notification and need to complete the payment within two days.
Once the request is paid, you’ll receive a notification and see the transaction in the app. (Note: For now, pending requests are only visible in the portal – but we’re working on bringing them to the app soon!)
Psst.. This feature is only available if you have the Open Amount product.
