Guidance concerning Merchant online store

Merchant is responsible for implementing their website in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable in the concerned market. The following guidance has been drawn up by Vipps MobilePay to assist the Merchant. Terms of sale 

We recommend studying the guidance from relevant national and EU authorities concerning e-commerce, distance and off-premises selling. 

At a minimum, you should include in your terms of sale: 

  • Parties 
  • Payment conditions 
  • Delivery conditions 
  • Right of withdrawal 
  • Conditions governing returns 
  • Complaint handling 
  • Conflict resolution

Information to be included in your website:

  • Name of your business, registration number, address, telephone number and e-mail address must be clearly visible on the website.
  • You should provide information on products and/or services you offer, as well as prices.

  • Information on how to cancel or change the membership agreement.

  • Information on cancellation and rebooking of courses if this is possible. Alternatively, information that the purchase is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • Information on cancellation and change/rebooking of tickets if this is possible. Alternatively, information that the purchase is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Rental

  • Information about rental conditions. Deadline for rebooking, changing, or cancelling the rental agreement, as well as information on termination conditions.

Subscriptions

  • Information on any binding period, termination and change of subscription.
