We have replaced the old MyShop app with a new app – 'Get paid'.
You can get the app where you normally download your apps - in e.g. App Store or Google Play - use the keyword 'get paid' when you search for it (or use the link further down on this page).

To access the app, you will need an activation code. Any administrator in your company can provide that. If you are a user with the role of sales manager, assistant or don’t have a user, you need to contact your administrator.
You need iOS 16 or later for iPhone and Android 6.0 or later for Android devices. We are also working on a version for iOS 14/15.
 

Let's get the app activated 😊

• Download the app from the App Store or Google Play – use the keyword 'get paid' when you search for the new app
• Enter your real name
• Enter the activation code provided by an administrator
• Choose a sales unit (you can always change it later in the app)
• Then you're good to go!

As an administrator, where can I find the activation code for the 'Get paid' app?

If you are an administrator, you will find the activation code in the business portal. The same activation code can be used on multiple devices, but expires after 72 hours. In the business portal you can see when the code expires – and if it has expired, you can simply create a new one.

• Open portal.vippsmobilepay.com. Make sure you’ve selected the right country under 'Where are you from?'
• Login with email and password. If you have linked MitID to your user, you can also log in with MitID.
• In the menu, select 'User access' (bottom left) and then click on the tab 'Get paid app' (top center of the screen)
• If you don’t see the activation code on the page, click on 'Create new activation code'.
• The code can now be copied and entered into the 'Get paid' app or shared with people who need access to the app.

If you have forgotten your password to the portal (not app), you can reset your password.

• Click on 'Forgot your password?'
• Enter the email address you previously logged in with and click 'Send code'.
• Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a code. The code is entered on the page.
• Enter a password of your choice. The password must contain at least eight characters, including at least one capital letter and at least one number/digit.

Now you can log in again.
 

A little bit about the features

You may find that some features are missing in your new app. That's because we wanted to give you a replacement for the MyShop app as soon as possible and therefore first and foremost ensure that you get the most used features. But you can be sure that there is much more to come. We are working hard to bring back more of the well-known features as soon as possible – and do our best to make 'Get paid' your No. 1 sales assistant.

For now, it gives you an easy overview of all your incoming payments, but very, very soon you will also be able to:

• Generate a QR code with a fixed amount
• Get a notification (including a sound) every time someone pays you
