The Merchant is responsible for implementing their website in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable in the concerned market. The following guidance has been drawn up by Vipps MobilePay to assist the Merchant. If you sell memberships, course, tickets, rentals or subscriptions then your terms of sale must also specify the following in accordance to each product category:
- Memberships: Information on how customers can cancel or change a membership.
- Courses and tickets: Information on how customers can cancel and rebook courses or tickets, if applicable. If not then you are required to inform the customer that the booking is binding and cannot be changed.
- Rental: Information about the rental agreement. The conditions for rebooking, changing or cancelling the rented product/venue, and information about how customers can terminate the rental agreement.
- Subscription: Information about the minimum subscription period, cancellation, and changes to the subscription/fixed payment.
Company and contact information
The name of your organisation or company, registration number, address, telephone number and email address must be clearly visible on or linked to on all pages of your website, for example, at the bottom of the page or under "Contact us".

We also need to see the different products and services you offer with the associated prices displayed.
